    My crashing Body. 8:59 PM

My body has decided to give up on me as i have given up on my presence in class today.
Second visit in a week to the School's doctor today.
I wouldn't have gone all the way there if it wasn't for the project meeting.

    Yep, you guess it right.
Sore throat, fever and a nasty flu that refuse to retreat.
The scorching sun showed no mercy, one moment all bright and sunny and the next moment it was raining heavily. Triggered my fever while i was heading into the doctor's room.

I thought the previous doctor in school sucked big time.
He prescribed ineffective medication and he even once asked me to get some MLM supplements.
Not from him but he was definitely promoting it.
What kind of doctor is this ?

The current replacement doctor seems older and more experienced.
Thing is, I don't quite understand why he has to stick his hand into my top with the stethoscope
and place them rather near, you know where.
Not that I don't trust his professionalism but I don't see my family doctor doing the same thing.
He does the same thing to my back.
Feeling bit violated. But I think this time i should be able to get well since he replaced the drugs.

Next Thursday marks my final lesson of Strategy.
Can't wait. Sometimes he truly amaze me with how he can go on and on and on for 3 hours non stop and he gets all enthusiastic and dramatic when he speaks.
Communication is mostly one way, everyone else is facebooking, online shopping (Yours truly being guilty), blogging etc, just about anything but listening in class.
Every attempt to listen and follow what he says failed miserably.

It's exhausting having to constantly avoid his eye contact (there's only 12 in the class that can contain 40) and act like you are listening and interested in what he is saying when I was absolutely not. haha.

After some food, medication and sun while walking back to campus, i felt like someone kicked me hard in my stomach and my head was pounding with every step i took.

An expensive cab ride later, i got home and feeling a little better after a short nap on the cab.
Hope tmrw's gonna be better for me and my system.

I met Belle after a long goodbye from Dec.
We went Zouk last Friday with some of her friends..
Our friendship went through a rough patch and i'm glad we survived it.

After we dolled up and ready to party!

    In her cosy little room.

And she would do the sweetest things for me.
She sent me an email with this and heart felt messages that made me wanna just hop on the next flight to Melb to find her.

She also sent me another self made card from miles under
while i was having my exams. =)
Came over to my place yesterday with a bottle of herbal tea and accompanied me half the day while i was completing my assignment.
belle: Thank you for all that you do. I truly appreciate you being back in my life too. :)
I know how grades and school can be tormenting for you, trust me i know how that feels esp in my freak campus. Hang in there. hugs tight*

    When i have a weekend. 1:51 PM

Whenever I look at my scheduler every single day,
I wished and prayed that the weekend is going to arrive so soon.
Wished that the things that i have written in advance, would miraculously decrease with some fairy God mother's power that it's invisible yet invincible.

So when the weekends do finally arrive , I get to execute the activities I finally can enjoy
without stress, naggings and self indulging.
This weekend, one of my cca, SICS had a retreat.
Of course, proved to me that i could probably had my weekend spent elsewhere that would end my week better.

First of all, it meant special interest
(Cher said its like special school, those disabled school kind. TMD.) and community service sodality. In the nut shell, it's a entity that holds anything that is non arts or sports related CCAs. a student constitutional body that houses ("take care") of special interest and community service clubs.

You might wanna ask me what's special interest clubs anyway?
You'd be amazed at the number of clubs that are established in SMU.
Some in my opinion are of rubbish nature.
To name a few, AstROrdinary (astrology club, just see stars every event), Women connection (connects women to inspire and help one another discover and live their passion. -- NO events from them either. just keep using sports bra as their advertisement, below saying, giving you the support you need).

Oh wells, we have currently 26 clubs under us.
    I'm in their events sub-committee.
Coming up with an event (SICS week - SMU record challenge) really soon.
    Hopefully will turn out well.

If you are really interested, u can visit here.

So yeap, they are rather rich, planned for a retreat for all of us in Sentosa.
Initially, was quite pleased and looking forward to it.
However, it was bloody tiring. MENTALLY.
It was 85% of the time, meetings and the remaining amount of time was eating.
    WTF?!

Check out what answers.com gives you when u search for the meaning of a religious retreat: A period of group withdrawal for prayer, meditation, or study: a religious retreat.
So we are having a CCA retreat, wouldn't it be play, fun, meeting, eat?

    NO.
We were having hell of an intensive meeting on planet Earth.
I have never sat in a meeting that lasted 5 hours.
It was so exhausting i could barely remember how to walk back to my room after that.
And by the time when it all ended, we were so overwhelmed with fatigue, what Cafe Del Mar could possibly offer was just dismissed by all of our minds.
(but actually i still wanted to go out, to unwind, unshit all the information overload and unloading through out those fuck meetings.) The entire time you hear A saying "okay, let's not waste time. Let's go back to... " Seriousfuckingly, have a life, A.

Although, through the meetings, some of them gave really funny comments and they played tau pok. But still, we went all the way to Sentosa to sleep and do meetings, why don't we just do it in campus then? The beach, the awesome pool the resort had, luge, beach volley, etc. argh.

    Oh wells. enough talking.
Pictures to show you the the other times that we had minimal fun.

The boys. Before we set off.
    Elvin. Marketing Director.
The one that din let me into his committee. basket.
Andy and me. The one that took me in instead.
I think events is a better dept to be in after i joined. hur.

    Jessica and myself. Photo whores.
People in my school keep saying we look alike.
    oh wells.
Perhaps this is why some cheesy pick up lines like
"you look familiar." is being used on me.

    Team games.

June. My room mate for the night.
    the only 3 estrogen carriers.

3 monkeys. Colin in the center is freak hilarious.

The ones that stayed till Sunday.

    Tau Pok, they play.

After the whole shit, the only thing left to look forward was to meet baby and the girls.
    Cheryl and Xiaohui.
I haven seen Xiaohui since forever.
So was really delighted when I saw my inbox greeting me with her sms saying "Hey girls, wanna meet this sunday?"

I can't remember when she last send us such a message.
But, thruthfully, I was over the moon.
When I met her once again after a good half a year, we hugged each other so tightly and everything else didn't matter.

She went Taiwan with her family and she got me and Cher pretty hp pouch and a keychain thingy with our names on it.
Cher said maybe it was for us to hang on Xmas trees. haha.

    Went Werner's oven.
My meat loaf that tasted like very much missed Luncheon meat.
Cher and Xh had this huge German sausage.
Xh's one had cheese oozing out each time she sliced it. Yuk.

My naughty buddies - Adapted from the photo frame i gave them last Xmas.
